This class is beginner-friendly and perfect for Pilates newcomers! Get to know the Reformer and learn essential, signature moves while building body awareness, improving posture, and gaining full-body strength. Youβll leave feeling energised, aligned, and confident.
We recommend completing at least FIVE (5) Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab session.

Ready to take your Reformer practice to the next level? THE Tone Lab is our intermediate to advanced class, designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance for that deeply satisfying full-body burn.
Youβll target specific muscle groups, working them to fatigue for a powerful, fired-up feeling. Expect a stronger, more dynamic Reformer session with advanced progressions and minimal stretching.
As this is a mix of intermediate and advanced Pilates, we recommend completing at least five (5) THE Reform Lab classes or having prior Reformer Pilates experience from another studio before joining. If youβre unsure whether youβre ready, speak with one of our instructors - theyβll be happy to guide you.

Get ready to jump!
This is a cardio class based around the jumpboard on the reformer. Benefits include increased stamina, muscle strength, and tone. The class also supports rehabilitation and helps improve motor coordination and balance.
This is an advanced class, so we recommend having a good knowledge of the reformer machine. If youβre new to reformer Pilates, participation will be at the instructorβs discretion for health and safety reasons.

A super-gooey, stretch-focused class designed to help you unwind and restore.
Enjoy calming music and mindful movement as we use the Reformer to release tension, increase flexibility, and improve mobility. Itβs perfect after a tough workout or as a gentle way to de-stress and move your body after a long day.

Our mixed-ability Barre class uses a combination of your own body weight and high repetitions to target and challenge all major muscle groups. Special focus is given to arms, thighs, seat, and core - so expect some serious burning and shaking!

In these mat Pilates sessions, youβll use your own body weight to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

This dynamic class combines the grounding, restorative qualities of Yin with energising Yang flows, enhanced by infrared heat to promote detoxification and deep muscle relaxation.
Begin with slow, meditative stretches to centre your mind and body, then transition into a flowing sequence to boost circulation and energy. Conclude with soothing poses to leave you feeling balanced, renewed, and refreshed. Perfect for resetting or as a complement to other workouts.

INFRARED YIN / YANG FLOW

This is a non-infrared Mat Pilates class, suitable for all abilities.
The class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements using your own body weight to build strength, improve posture, enhance mobility, and support overall physical and mental well-being. Guided by our qualified instructors, youβll learn to engage deep core muscles, improve alignment, and develop greater balance and flexibility in a calm, supportive environment.
