JUNE 30-DAY WELLNESS CHALLENGEβοΈ
The Health Lab Manchester and altrincham
From 1stβ30th June, youβll be able to collect points by attending classes, joining community events, and building healthy habits, with rewards along the way.
HOW IT WORKSThe challenge is available at both studios
Sign up before 8th June (sign up via email, Instagram DM, or in person at the studio)
You can use your current membership, purchase credit packs or purchase our special June Challenge 1 month unlimited class pack for Β£210 which can be used for classes at both of our studio locations
Bookings must be made directly through our app/website (Classes booked via class pass will not count towards your class total)
Every participant receives a tracker card to be put up in their studio to keep on top of progress
EARN POINTS
1 class = 1 point
Earn 1 point for any class attended at either studio
Alongside earning points, weβll also be encouraging a few daily wellness habits throughout the month:
π§ 2.5L of water per day
πΆ 10k steps per day
π΅ Less than 2 hours recreational screen time per day
These wonβt count towards points, theyβre simply there to help you feel your best, but they can be ticked off daily on your tracker card so you can see how well you're doing

8 Points
Everyone who earns 8 points over the month will receive a Pilates Starter Kit including:

16 Points
Everyone who earns 16 points over the month will receive a wellness stamp card which includes:
β 1x Build your own Acai bowl
β 1x Build your own cloud drink
β 1x Event ticket for a 2026 THL event of your choice
24 Points
Everyone who earns 24 points over the month will be entered into a draw to win a spot on one of our 2027 retreats (Flights not included)
This challenge is all about consistency, community, and creating healthy habits heading into summer.

Expect a high-energy, feel-good session designed to challenge and uplift, all while coming together for an important cause. All proceeds from the class will be donated to an LGBTQ+ charity.

Join us for an inspiring evening combining Reformer Pilates with a Colour Analysis workshop led by @colour_analysis_manchester - designed to help you understand how colour can support the way you move, dress, and show up day to day.

A grounding, full-body flow to connect with your body, build strength, and settle into the evening.
6:15pm Colour Analysis Workshop with @colour_analysis_manchester
An educational yet relaxed colour talk exploring why certain colours naturally enhance you, while others can feel overpowering. Youβll gain practical guidance on choosing colours for activewear, Pilates, and everyday life using colour in a way that feels empowering and intuitive.
The session will include a visual presentation and open Q&A, with space to ask questions and deepen your understanding.

By switching to beeswax wraps, youβll reduce plastic use and avoid unnecessary chemicals coming into contact with your food; small changes that make a meaningful difference.
