This class is beginner-friendly and perfect for Pilates newcomers! Get to know the Reformer and learn essential, signature moves while building body awareness, improving posture, and gaining full-body strength. You’ll leave feeling energised, aligned, and confident.
We recommend completing at least FIVE (5) Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab session.

Ready to take your Reformer practice to the next level? THE Tone Lab is our intermediate to advanced class, designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance for that deeply satisfying full-body burn.
You’ll target specific muscle groups, working them to fatigue for a powerful, fired-up feeling. Expect a stronger, more dynamic Reformer session with advanced progressions and minimal stretching.
As this is a mix of intermediate and advanced Pilates, we recommend completing at least five (5) THE Reform Lab classes or having prior Reformer Pilates experience from another studio before joining. If you’re unsure whether you’re ready, speak with one of our instructors - they’ll be happy to guide you.

Infrared reform

Experience the next level of movement with our Infrared Reform class — a dynamic fusion of Reformer Pilates and infrared heat. Designed to enhance flexibility, circulation, and core strength, this innovative session supports muscle recovery while promoting a deep, detoxifying sweat. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, build control, or boost overall wellbeing, Infrared Reform delivers results in a calming, low-impact environment.

INfrared stretch
45 Minutes
This class combines classical and contemporary Pilates movements to stretch and elongate all major muscle groups, using infrared heat to promote flexibility and support muscle recovery. We incorporate a mix of dynamic and static stretches, along with a variety of props, to help deepen your practice and enhance results.

SWEAT LAB - FULL BODY
45 Minutes
An advanced, full-body infrared class designed to strengthen, tone and elevate your practice. This session integrates upper and lower-body conditioning with a focus on alignment, control and mindful breathwork. A dynamic, heat-supported workout to help you move better and feel stronger.

SWEAT LAB - LOWER BODY
45 Minutes
A progression from our reform and tone classes, using infrared heat to enhance muscular engagement and support mobility. This lower-body focused session builds power through the glutes, legs and lower core while maintaining Pilates precision throughout. Prepare for a challenging burn and noticeable strength gains.

SWEAT LAB - UPPER BODY

An advanced infrared class focused on building upper-body strength and endurance. Using controlled, Pilates-based movements, this session targets the arms, shoulders, back, and core. Expect deeper muscle activation, steady heat-induced sweat, and a strong, energised finish.
