A few house rules to keep your space flowing, calm, and considered - for you and everyone around you

KINDNESS. ALWAYS.

We’re a small, independent studio and our team is here to support you. please treat instructors and front of house with the same care and respect they offer you, always.

PHONES OFF, MINDS ON

We’re all about presence. Please leave your phone away during class so you (and everyone else) can get the most of your time here

You’re more than welcome to take photos before or after class, but please avoid filming or snapping pics during class to respect everyone in the room.

RUNNING LATE? HERE’S THE DEAL.

TO KEEP THE STUDIO FLOWING SMOOTHLY, WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY (15 IF IT’S YOUR FIRST CLASS). WE HAVE A 5-MINUTE CUT-OFF ONCE CLASS BEGINS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

GRIP SOCKS = NON-NEGOTIABLE

FOR REFORMER CLASSES, GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR YOUR SAFETY. BRING YOUR OWN OR GRAB A PAIR AT RECEPTION.
