Are children allowed in classes?
For health and safety reasons, we do not allow children to attend or be present during our regular classes. Our sessions involve specialised equipment, heated environments (in infrared classes), and movements that require full focus and space. To ensure the safety of all clients and instructors, and to maintain a calm, focused environment, only individuals booked into the class may enter the studio space.
We also do not encourage bringing children to wait in reception, as these areas are not supervised or child-proofed, and we cannot take responsibility for their safety during your session.
The only exception to this is our The Mum & Bub Lab at our Altrincham studio, which is a specialised postnatal class designed specifically for new mums and their babies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and supportive studio environment for everyone.
