You will leave this class feeling energised and aligned. We recommend at least three Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab.

Giving your body that burn you crave! Focus on specific muscle groups and work them to fatigue to leave your body feeling fired up. This is a more intermediate reformer class with advanced options given throughout and limited stretching. Perfect when paired with our Restore Lab! We recommend at least three Reform Lab classes before booking onto a Tone Lab.

Infrared reform

Experience the next level of movement with our Infrared Reform class – a dynamic fusion of Reformer Pilates and infrared heat. Designed to enhance flexibility, circulation, and core strength, this innovative session supports muscle recovery while promoting a deep, detoxifying sweat. Whether you're looking to improve posture, build control, or boost overall wellbeing, Infrared Reform delivers results in a calming, low-impact environment. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.

INfrared stretch

45 Minutes

This class uses classical and contemporary Pilates movements to focus on stretching and elongating all the muscle groups in the body using the infrared heat to help promote flexibility and aid in muscle recovery. We will be using a mix of dynamic and static stretches and a variety of props to help deepen our practice. Please note, infrared classes are not RECOMMENDED during pregnancy.
